Graphic Designers

Key responsibilities

1. Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
2. Develop illustrations, logo and other designs using software or by hand
3. Understand and use appropriate colours and visuals that follow the Isso brand guidelines
4. Motion graphics for digital platforms
5. Amend designs after feedback

Ideal candidate

1. Experience in graphic design/creative thinking
2. Strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
3. Skills with design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe AfterEffects, Sketchbook, etc.
4. A keen eye for aesthetics and details
5. Good communication skills degree in design/visual communication, fine arts or related field is a plus
6. A team player
7. Ability to think with a brain and work from the heart

Location & work conditions

1. Primary work location: Battaramulla, Sri Lanka
2. Ability and willingness to travel as per business requirements are essential.
