Assistant Production Officer – Seeduwa
We are seeking a disciplined, detail-oriented professional to join the operations team at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Seeduwa. Key responsibilities
- Process & inventory management: Oversee the secure receipt, storage, blending, and transfer of bulk liquid materials in strict accordance with production schedules.
- Regulatory & quality compliance: Ensure absolute adherence to excise regulations, statutory requirements, and internal standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Efficiency optimization: Identify and analyze operational bottlenecks to minimize production losses, reduce material wastage, and improve overall plant productivity.
- Asset & facility maintenance: Supervise specialized processing zones, ensuring the proper upkeep, safety, and timely maintenance of core infrastructure.
- Standard operating excellence: Support the management, in regular audits, reviews, and continuous updates of operational procedures, ensuring workplace practices consistently exceed statutory compliance and safety benchmarks.
Qualifications & experience
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in production/operations management, chemical or food science (with chemistry as a core subject), or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience: A minimum of two (02) years of relevant experience in a regulated manufacturing or processing facility.
