Territory Development Managers
We are seeking results-oriented Territory Development Managers to further grow our presence and performance within an assigned territory. This role is responsible for distribution expansion, strengthening existing customer relationships, and executing strategic plans to achieve sales and improve overall gross margin of the company.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales, revenue, and growth objectives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors,
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive activity
- Negotiating new business with special customers
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer support) to ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates
Qualifications & experience
- G.C.E (A/L)
- Professional marketing / management qualification shall be an added advantage
- Age 35+ and over 7 years field experience in the FMCG environment
- Proven experience in territory management, sales development, or business development
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage team effectively

- Competitive salary with 80,000 plus
- Performance-based incentives / commission above 75,000
