Key responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day HR operational activities
- Coordinate recruitment, interview scheduling and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and ensure accurate HR data management
- Prepare HR letters, contracts and other employee-related documents
- Ensure proper maintenance of employee personal files and HR databases
- Coordinate employee confirmations, transfers, resignations and exit procedures
- Support performance management and employee engagement activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws and HR procedures
- Assist in organizing training programs and staff welfare activities
- Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support to the HR department
Qualifications & experience
- Degree or diploma in human resource management or a related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR operations or HR administration
- Good knowledge of HR practices, labor regulations and documentation procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
