Executive | senior executive – motor claims
We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and customer-centric professional to join our claims division as a senior executive / assistant manager – motor claims. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end motor claims process, ensuring efficient service delivery, accurate assessments, and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
- Involve in the full lifecycle of motor claims from intimation to settlement.
- Review and validate claim documents, inspection reports, and repair estimates.
- Coordinate with assessors, garages, and internal teams to ensure timely processing.
- Have an eye to evaluate and detect fraud, leakage, or anomalies in claims.
- Negotiate with service providers to maintain cost efficiency and service standards.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide prompt updates on claim status.
- Ability to prepare MIS reports, trend analyses, and recommendations for process improvements.
- Ensure claims are processed in compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Job specifications
- Qualifications & experience
- Minimum 4–7 years of experience in motor claims handling within the insurance sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of motor vehicles, repair procedures, and claims assessment.
- Professional qualifications in insurance (e.g., SLII, III, or similar) are an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
