Administration Executive – Female

Requirements

  1. Computer literacy
  2. Fluency in English and Sinhala (fluency in Tamil is a distinct advantage)
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft office
  4. Minimum 2 years experience in an operational / administration / clerical level is preferred.

Responsibilities

  1. Evaluating and preparing quotations
  2. Tendering
  3. Coordinating with clients and technical team
  4. Correspondence with suppliers and customers
  5. Preparing work schedules
  6. Maintaining files and database
