Technical Executive

We are looking for a skilled and motivated technical executive to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

1. Diagnose and resolve hardware issues in a timely manner.
2. Install, configure, and update operating systems and application software.
3. Assist in managing the office internal network, including troubleshooting connectivity and performance issues.
4. Perform hardware diagnostics and repairs on POS (Point of Sale) machines to ensure optimal functionality.
5. Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair 80mm and 58mm thermal receipt printers.
6. Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients using AnyDesk and UltraViewer.
7. Responsible for maintaining the repair service work order for efficient service management and documentation.
8. Responsible for issuing repair quotations for repairable machines.
