Responsibilities

1. Coordinate corporate daily truck hire and dispatch operations
2. Support fleet expansion and new project implementations
3. Manage corporate and subscription-based logistics operations
4. Monitor operational performance, fulfillment, and KPIs
5. Support driver onboarding, engagement, and retention activities for 20ft fleet
6. Ensure SOP compliance and operational process improvements

Qualifications

1. Degree in logistics, business management, operations, or a related field
2. Experience in logistics, operations or fleet management
3. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
4. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, Power BI, Power Query
5. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced operational environment
