Key responsibilities

1. Develop and implement marketing strategies for radio campaigns.
2. Manage client relationships and sales targets.
3. Collaborate with programming and production teams.
4. Identify potential advertisers and business opportunities.
5. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and innovative marketing initiatives.
6. Ensure alignment between marketing strategies and overall business objectives.
7. Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the Board of Directors.

Experience and qualifications

1. Minimum 3 years of proven experience (TV/Radio).
2. Comprehensive knowledge and exposure to the media industry.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
4. Self-driven, dynamic, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
