Management Trainee

We are looking for dynamic and motivated management trainees to join our team and grow with us, gaining hands-on training and exposure across production, operations, export & import, business development and marketing functions within the Novateq Group.

Qualifications

1. Undergraduate or recent graduate in marketing, business management, administration, physical science, engineering, or a related field.
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
4. Willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment.
5. Male candidates are preferred.
