About the company

We are a well-established decorative paints manufacturing and distribution company with a reputation for service excellence and quality products including leading brands such as SF Skim Coat, SF Aqua Guard etc. We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented individual with experience to fill the following position.

Job requirements

1. Communicating with suppliers to gather information, products and prices, placing timely orders and managing deliveries.
2. Coordinating with production and stores.
3. Negotiating to achieve the best possible prices.
4. Following up and ensuring appropriate records are maintained.
5. Fulfilling the purchasing officer KPIs.
6. Providing feedback on the efficiency of supplier relationships.
7. Achieve given targets and meeting deadlines.

Key requirements

1. Be below 35 years of age.
2. AAT or CA level 1.
3. Minimum 1 year experience in similar capacity.
4. Good negotiation & communication skills.
5. Knowledge in Busy Accounting System would be an added advantage.
6. Fair knowledge in English language.
7. Should be a self-organized, enthusiastic and have the ability to work with minimum guidance.
8. Be a good team player.
