What you will be doing

1. Supporting underwriting (risk assessment) and claims processes
2. Assisting in handling and processing customer claims
3. Gaining exposure to insurance (non-sales) operations
4. Learning how policies and claims are managed

What you need to have

1. A minimum of a ‘c’ pass in English, mathematics, and first language (Sinhala or Tamil) at the G.C.E. O/L examination, obtained within two sittings
2. Successful completion of the G.C.E. A/L examination with at least ‘s’ passes in all three subjects
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Willingness to learn and grow
5. A positive attitude and ability to work effectively within a team
6. Preference will be given to candidates residing in the Western Province
