Sales Manager

The sales manager will lead Curry King’s sales operations, driving daily sales targets and long-term business growth. The role involves managing the sales team, maintaining customer relationships, and coordinating with kitchen and operations teams to maximize sales performance and production capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Drive revenue growth across breakfast, lunch, and dinner operations.
- Identify new business opportunities, corporate clients, and partnerships.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet operational and customer requirements.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports and forecasts for management.
Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in sales, marketing, business management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the food service, FMCG, catering, or hospitality industry.
- Experience managing large sales teams and corporate clients.
- Familiarity with food delivery platforms and digital sales channels is an added advantage.
