Sales Manager

The sales manager will lead Curry King’s sales operations, driving daily sales targets and long-term business growth. The role involves managing the sales team, maintaining customer relationships, and coordinating with kitchen and operations teams to maximize sales performance and production capacity.

Key responsibilities

  1. Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  2. Drive revenue growth across breakfast, lunch, and dinner operations.
  3. Identify new business opportunities, corporate clients, and partnerships.
  4. Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  5. Coordinate with internal teams to meet operational and customer requirements.
  6. Monitor sales performance and prepare reports and forecasts for management.

Qualifications & experience

  1. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in sales, marketing, business management, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the food service, FMCG, catering, or hospitality industry.
  3. Experience managing large sales teams and corporate clients.
  4. Familiarity with food delivery platforms and digital sales channels is an added advantage.
