Account executive (with night auditing skills)

KYNROCK Kataragama looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented account executive with strong night auditing experience to join our growing hospitality team.

Key requirements

1. Minimum 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance
2. Night auditing experience in a hotel is essential
3. Must be male (due to night shift operational requirements)
4. Previous hospitality industry experience is a strong advantage
5. Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, reconciliations, and daily revenue auditing
6. Ability to handle guest billing, room revenue checks, and night audit procedures
7. Proficiency in MS Excel & hotel PMS systems (POS/front office systems)

Responsibilities

1. Perform daily night audit and ensure accuracy of revenue reports
2. Maintain proper bookkeeping and accounting entries
3. Assist with accounts receivable/payable, cash flow, and bank reconciliations
4. Prepare daily revenue summaries and financial reports
5. Support the finance team with month-end closing
6. Ensure compliance with hotel finance policies and audit standards
