About the company

Harget is a digital marketing company specializing in SEO and website services for small businesses. We’re expanding our team and looking for motivated cold callers / appointment setters to help us generate leads and book appointments for our sales team.

What you’ll do

  1. Conduct outbound cold calls using provided scripts.
  2. Build and manage lead lists when needed.
  3. Organize data in Google Sheets and update CRM systems.
  4. Qualify leads based on defined criteria.
  5. Generate interest in our services and set appointments.

Requirements

  1. Strong verbal communication skills.
  2. Fluent in English with a neutral or UK/US-friendly accent.
  3. Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections.
  4. Ability to follow scripts while adapting to different situations.
  5. Tech-savvy: familiar with MS Office, Zoom, Google Suite, and CRM platforms.
  6. Availability: at least 30 – 40 hours per week (flexible schedule, but must align with UK/US time zones).
