Personal Assistant

Key responsibilities

  1. Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  2. Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
  3. Coordinate schedules and ensure timely follow-ups on tasks and deadlines.
  4. Prepare reports, presentations, documents, and meeting notes when required.
  5. Assist with personal errands and day-to-day administrative tasks.
  6. Maintain organized filing systems and records.
  7. Perform any additional duties assigned by management.

Qualifications & experience

  1. Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  5. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
