Customer Experience Executive – Vehicle Delivery

We are seeking a customer-oriented and proactive individual to oversee the final stage of the vehicle delivery process. The ideal candidate will coordinate with internal departments, manage customer interactions, and ensure a smooth, professional, and memorable vehicle handover experience.

Key responsibilities

  1. Manage the complete vehicle delivery process from preparation to customer handover.
  2. Coordinate delivery schedules with internal departments including sales and after sales.
  3. Conduct vehicle handovers and explain vehicle features, functions, basic operations to customers and introduction to after sales advisor.
  4. Address customer inquiries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the delivery process.
  5. Maintain accurate delivery records, documentation, and related reports.
  6. Ensure all delivery procedures and company standards are followed.

Requirements

  1. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service; experience in the automotive will be an added advantage.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Valid Sri Lankan driving license.
  4. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  5. Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with multiple teams.
