Customer Experience Executive – Vehicle Delivery

We are seeking a customer-oriented and proactive individual to oversee the final stage of the vehicle delivery process. The ideal candidate will coordinate with internal departments, manage customer interactions, and ensure a smooth, professional, and memorable vehicle handover experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the complete vehicle delivery process from preparation to customer handover.
- Coordinate delivery schedules with internal departments including sales and after sales.
- Conduct vehicle handovers and explain vehicle features, functions, basic operations to customers and introduction to after sales advisor.
- Address customer inquiries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the delivery process.
- Maintain accurate delivery records, documentation, and related reports.
- Ensure all delivery procedures and company standards are followed.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service; experience in the automotive will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid Sri Lankan driving license.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with multiple teams.
