IT Technician

We are looking for a skilled and efficient IT technician to join our growing team.

Key responsibilities

1. Technical troubleshooting of computer installations (computers, printers, networks) and their issues.
2. Continuous and efficient maintenance of CCTV, DVR/NVR and access control systems.
3. Providing reliable technical support to clients, either on-site or remotely.
4. Systematic management of software (software updates) and data backups.
5. Efficient assistance with network cabling (structured cabling) and network setup activities.

Requirements

1. Good knowledge of troubleshooting Windows, network, and hardware issues.
2. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
3. Ability to work as a team and independently.
4. Additional qualification: if you have a valid four-wheeler license.
