Site Manager

We are looking for a Site Manager to monitor factory production and site progress for joinery and interior fit-out projects. The role involves coordinating with the Production Manager and ensuring projects progress according to schedule and required quality standards.

Key requirements

1. Experience in joinery or interior fit-out works
2. Ability to work independently and manage site activities
3. Report project progress to the Production Manager
4. Valid motorcycle licence required
5. Willing to travel outside Colombo frequently for site visits
6. Flexible to stay on-site when required
7. Ability to work flexible hours depending on project needs

Salary

1. Remuneration will be dependent on experience in a similar environment.
