Senior Executive / Executive – Sea Export

Globactiv Logistics (Pvt) Ltd, a premier global freight forwarder, is actively seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to fill the role of senior executive – sea export. This pivotal position is dedicated to driving our vision of delivering innovative and customer centric solutions in the competitive freight and logistics industry.

Key responsibilities

1. Handle end-to-end sea export operations and documentation.
2. Coordinate with shipping lines, agents, and customers.
3. Prepare and verify export documentation (BL, invoices, packing lists, etc.).
4. Monitor shipments and ensure timely delivery.
5. Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth operations.

Requirements

1. Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field.
2. Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in sea export operations.
3. Familiarity with the system in GENSOFT is an added advantage.
4. Must have experience in handling USA and Canada shipments.
5. Good knowledge of export documentation and procedures.
6. Strong communication and coordination skills.
