Requirements
- BSc degree / diploma in mechanical / electrical engineering / building services.
- More than 10 years’ hands-on experience in building operation & maintenance is a must. Including:
- Electrical systems (electrical distribution system, lighting, BMS system & ELV systems, lightning & earthing system)
- Air conditioning systems, elevators, generators, LPG, fire detection and protection systems
- Plumbing & drainage, pumps & motors
- Knowledge in civil engineering & project management will be an added advantage.
- Fluency in English, both oral & written is a must.
- Proficiency in MS Office packages and Auto CAD.
- Age below 55 years.
- The candidate should be a team player and strong leader with excellent communication and presentation skills, demonstrating a “can-do” attitude and commitment to completing work and meeting deliverables on time — even beyond normal working hours when required. The role also involves regular site visits and attending client meetings.
