Operations & Supply Chain Executive

We are an innovative and growing company with operations planned to expand around the world, and are looking for a young dynamic person to join our team as an Operations & Supply Chain Executive with proven relevant or similar experience in the following key responsible areas.

Duties and responsibilities

1. Develop and manage the monthly production plan, ensuring effective coordination with the trading team, supply chain team, and purchasing team to guarantee the timely availability of raw materials (RM).
2. Plan and implement weekly production schedules for assigned production lines, ensuring the availability of all necessary materials to meet production targets.
3. Conduct daily follow-ups to ensure operations are aligned with the production plan, addressing any deviations promptly to maintain production flow.
4. Prepare and analyze comprehensive production reports, including machine efficiency, capacity utilization, and other operational metrics.
5. Oversee and manage consumption variance, ensuring the daily reconciliation of materials and accurate production confirmations to maintain operational efficiency.

Qualifications and requirements

1. A degree in operations management or related field.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in the manufacturing industry is essential.
3. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.

A self-motivated person, with good communication skills and a proven track record for meeting deadlines with a positive attitude, eager to learn and adapt to new environment.
