Key responsibilities

1. Introduce potential financial institutes and build long-term relationships with them and fulfill their insurance requirements.
2. Achieving the set targets allocated individually.
3. Persuade financial institutes to engage in a phone conversation and/or meeting to discuss insurance products.
4. Advise clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs.
5. Maintain and service the financial institution.
6. Fill-out and submit applications, issue quotes, maintain client records and prepare reports.
7. Credit management.

Key requirements

1. Added benefit to be from the insurance industry itself or from the financial industry.
2. Must have mastered the art of selling.
3. Attractive personality and ability to work independently.
4. Professional qualification in sales management or any relevant, will be an added advantage.
5. Self-motivated, go getter personality with strong interpersonal skills.
6. Strong communication skills in both Sinhala and English languages.
