Technical officer – civil

Leading real estate company located in Dehiwala seeking for an energetic individual to work in the development team.

Key responsibilities and requirements

1. Age between 25 to 55.
2. HNDE, NCT, NDT or equivalent qualified in civil engineering.
3. Minimum 5 years in similar field (specially in road sector).
4. Manage, design, develop, create and maintain construction project in safe, timely and sustainable manner.
5. Conduct on-site investigations and analyze data (reports, test, drawings and other).
6. Assess potential risks, materials and costs.
7. Oversee and monitor staff and liaise with a variety of contractors & stakeholders.
8. Monitor progress and compile reports in project status.
9. Manage budget and equipment/material.
