From artisanal pastries and gourmet treats to a finely crafted hot range, our curated menus are designed to elevate your dining experience in an elegant, vibrant atmosphere. We now wish to recruit passionate and dynamic individuals to join our growing team for the following positions:
Pastry chef
- Proven experience as a pastry chef or in a fast-paced café, hotel, or bakery.
- Relevant culinary or hospitality diploma/qualification is highly preferred.
Commis 1 (pastry, bakery & hot range)
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar capacity in a commercial kitchen or cafe.
- Vocational or professional culinary qualifications are an added advantage.
Commis 2
- Basic knowledge of hot range, pastry, or bakery preparation techniques.
Trainee kitchen (pastry & bakery)
- Completed a relevant vocational or professional course.
- Keen to learn and passionate about bakery work.
Barista
- 1 year of experience in a similar position.
- Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude.
