Responsibilities

  1. Handle customer inquiries and service requests professionally
  2. Maintain accurate service records and customer databases
  3. Coordinate with technicians regarding repair and service updates
  4. Follow up with customers on service progress and completion
  5. Manage daily administrative operations of the service center
  6. Handle calls, emails, and front desk coordination efficiently
  7. Track service timelines and ensure timely delivery

Requirements and skills

  1. Good communication and interpersonal skills
  2. Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills
  3. Ability to handle customers professionally and confidently
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  5. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  6. Previous experience in administration or customer service is an added advantage but not mandatory
