Engineer / Technical Officer (Civil)

Qualifications

1. NDT/HNDE/IET (minimum 2 years experience)
2. NCT or NVQ -05 (minimum 5 years experience)
3. Proficiency in computer knowledge and auto-cad software.
4. Having a valid motorbike license.

Key responsibilities

1. Experience as a project supervisor / engineer in construction project.
2. Knowledge of construction method, material and site procedure.
3. Ability to understand drawing and technical document.
4. Maintain site record, report and daily progress update.
5. Participate progress meeting.
6. Strong leadership, communication and problem solving skill.

Draftsman

Requirements

1. Minimum 02 years of experience as a draftsman architecture or construction project. (costing and designing of furniture will be added qualification)
2. Strong expertise in preparing detailed architectural drawing, shop drawings and as-built drawing.
3. Proficiency in drafting and design software such as AutoCAD, or similar tools.
4. Good understanding of architectural standards, building code and construction details.
