Key responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales target
- Identify customer needs and recommend tailored tech solutions
- Handle the complete tender process from beginning to end
- Explore new business opportunities and market channels
- Take necessary action to collaborate with company departments and meet the customer’s requirements.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports
- Ensure exceptional customer service and after-sales support
- Conduct engaging product demos and presentations
Qualifications, skills & requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Sinhala & English languages
- Being able to understand the technical aspects of our products thoroughly and accurately
- Past experience in market expansion and sales growth
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Initiative and ability to work independently
- Past experience in IT/AV/Edu tech industries will be an added advantage
- Professional qualifications will be an added advantage
