Training manager (saloon)

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Training Manager to join our team.

Requirements

1. NVQ level 4 qualification required
2. NVQ level 5 will be an added advantage
3. Minimum 4 years of industry experience
4. Minimum 2 years of training / teaching experience
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills
6. Proficiency in Sinhala & English languages
7. Computer literacy in:
8. Microsoft Excel
9. Microsoft Word
10. Microsoft PowerPoint
11. Strong leadership and staff handling skills
12. Age: 25 years and above
13. Educational qualification: GCE A/L
