Business development manager / business development executive – water / waste water treatment & chemicals
Requirements
- Strong passion for sales & marketing
- Identify and approach new potential customers to generate sales leads and grow the business.
- Conduct product presentations, technical discussions
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable chemical products and solutions.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
Qualifications
- B.Sc / NDT/HNDE/NDES or equivalent in chemistry, chemical engineering, environmental engineering.
- Minimum 02 to 5 years of experience in chemical sales catering to industry
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both Sinhala & English.
- Ability to travel to different customers
- Candidates with experience is sales of boiler water chemicals / cooling water chemicals is added advantage
Assistant service manager / services engineer
- B.Sc / NDT/HNDE/NDES or equivalent in mechanical engineering
- 2 to 5 years’ experience field activities / maintenance department
- Preference shall be given for candidates with experience in utility equipment’s such as boilers, heaters compressor, chillers and pumps etc.
- Job scope involve travel to various customers to out maintenance activity
- Designation and attractive remuneration shall be provided with commensurate experience
Application engineer – steam accessories and spares
- B.Sc. in mechanical engineering/ NDT/NDES/HNDE/ city & guilds (mechanical engineering)
- 1 to 2 years in sales & marketing of steam traps, PRV PRS & condensate recovery systems and possess a good knowledge on application engineering.
- Experience in similar industry will be an added advantage
- Knowledge on walk through steam audits and suggest for improvement
- To possess knowledge on steam distribution and preparing reports for energy conservation.
- Market intelligence to understand competition strategies
- Application knowledge. To possess presentation skills
- Communication, negotiations, presentations, fast learner
