Electrical design engineer

Key responsibilities

1. Design solar PV and electrical power systems
2. Prepare electrical drawings and technical documentation
3. Conduct system studies and design calculations
4. Coordinate with project teams and clients
5. Ensure compliance with industry standards

Project / site engineer

Key responsibilities

1. Supervise installation and construction activities
2. Coordinate sub-contractors and project stakeholders
3. Monitor quality, safety, and project schedules
4. Prepare progress reports and site documentation
5. Support successful project delivery

Requirements

1. BSc engineering in electrical / electrical & electronic engineering
2. Associate membership (AMIESL) of IESL
3. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
4. Knowledge in solar PV, power systems, transmission lines or related projects
5. Strong communication and reporting skills
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Fluency in PSCAD, PLSCAD, CYMCAP, AutoCAD, ETAP, DfGSILENT, PVsyst, etc. will be an advantage
