Graphic Designer

Amal International School is seeking a talented and creative graphic designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content that supports the school’s branding, communication, and event-related needs. Candidates with video editing skills will have a strong advantage.

Key responsibilities

1. Design and develop creative materials for the school’s branding, marketing, and communication activities.
2. Create engaging visual content for social media platforms, website, newsletters, and digital campaigns.
3. Produce print-ready artwork including posters, banners, brochures, flyers, invitations, and certificates.
4. Support school programs and events with timely design requirements.
5. Maintain a consistent visual identity following the school’s brand guidelines.
6. Collaborate with administrative and academic teams to understand project needs and deliver high-quality outcomes.
7. Edit and produce short videos, event highlights, and promotional clips (if skilled in video editing).
8. Manage design files, assets, and project documentation in an organized manner.
9. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail.

Required qualifications & skills

1. Diploma/degree in graphic design, multimedia, visual communication, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong and relevant portfolio.
3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva.
4. Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding.
5. Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
6. Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with different teams.
7. Video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar) will be a significant added advantage.
