Key responsibilities

1. Greet and attend to guests in a courteous and professional manner
2. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
3. Serve food and beverages according to service standards
4. Handle billing and cash/card transactions where applicable
5. Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining and service areas
6. Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations
7. Adhere to company policies, hygiene standards, and safety procedures

What we’re looking for

1. Previous experience in a restaurant or café environment is an advantage
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
4. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
5. Basic knowledge of food & beverage service standards
6. Fluency in English; additional languages will be an advantage
