Consultant
DVV International Sri Lanka, in partnership with the National Enterprise Development Authority (NEDA), invites proposals from qualified consultants, consulting firms, research institutions, and multidisciplinary teams to undertake a consultancy assignment aimed at developing a nationally relevant MSME graduation pathway and a comprehensive set of operational guidebooks to support enterprise growth and business development services in Sri Lanka.
The assignment will involve reviewing existing MSME development approaches, conducting stakeholder consultations, developing enterprise progression standards and benchmarking criteria, and designing practical tools and guidebooks for coaching, mentoring, advisory services, and enterprise tracking.
