Assistant – Payroll | Time & Attendance

Requirements

  1. G.C.E. A/L in the commerce stream with a credit pass (C) or above for mathematics at G.C.E. O/L.
  2. A diploma in human resource management (HRM) or an equivalent qualification.
  3. Minimum 1+ years of experience in payroll, time and attendance, or a similar role will be an added advantage.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and time & attendance systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage employee time, attendance, and leave records.
  2. Support payroll data preparation.
  3. Maintain time & attendance systems.
  4. Resolve attendance discrepancies.
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
