Service Advisor – Body Repair Workshop

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our automobile technologies team as a Service Adviser – Body Repair Workshop.

Key responsibilities

1. Prepare repair estimates for accident repairs and bodywork grooming.
2. Handle panel rate calculations and invoice preparation upon completion of repairs.
3. Coordinate with insurance companies for estimate approvals, payment clearances, and salvage submissions.
4. Manage customer inquiries while ensuring excellent customer service and communication.
5. Support workshop operations, job loading, and coordination activities.
6. Ensure final repair quality standards are maintained.
7. Handle matters related to automotive paint materials including water-based paints.
8. Oversee the operation and maintenance of heated spray paint booths and vehicle body aligners.

Requirements

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
2. Possess a valid driving license.
3. Good knowledge of automobile body repair processes and workshop operations.
4. Strong computer literacy and administrative skills.
5. Good communication and customer handling skills.
6. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
