Finance & Recovery Executive

Key responsibilities

1. Follow up on receivables and manage client collections.
2. Maintain accurate records of outstanding payments.
3. Achieve monthly collection targets; implement recovery strategies.
4. Liaise with internal and external debt collectors.
5. Prepare and present recovery and financial reports.
6. Manage accounts payable/receivable and supplier payments.
7. Maintain daily financial records and documentation for audits.
8. Assist with budgeting, cash flow, and internal audits.

Requirements

1. Minimum 3 years’ experience in finance or collections.
2. Proficiency in ERP/accounting software and MS Office, with strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
3. Degree/diploma in finance, accounting, management, or similar (advantageous).
4. AAT completed or part qualification in CA/ACCA (CA full qualification preferred).
