Visa Consultant

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and articulate visa consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the entire visa application process, ensuring compliance with legal frameworks, and delivering exceptional customer service.

1. Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in visa processing.
2. Fluent in English, Sinhala, and Tamil with strong communication skills.
3. Strong knowledge of embassy procedures and document compliance. Guide clients through the complete visa application process.
4. Basic computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
5. Ability to handle online application portals and embassy systems.
