Call Center Executive

SAS Creative is looking for a proactive and customer-focused call centre executive to join our growing team.

Key responsibilities

  1. Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
  2. Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues professionally.
  3. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up when required.
  4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
  5. Manage web orders through ERP and CIN7 systems.
  6. Support project planning and coordination activities, including tracking tasks and timelines.

Requirements

  1. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  2. Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  3. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Previous customer service or call centre experience is an advantage.
