Supervisor packing & dispensing (male)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive supervisor – packaging & dispensing to oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient, accurate processes and compliance with food safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, hands-on experience, and the ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

1. Supervise and coordinate daily packaging and dispensing to meet production targets.
2. Ensure accurate weighing, batching, labeling, and packaging as per specifications.
3. Monitor production lines to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
4. Identify improvements to optimize workflow and reduce waste.
5. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and company policies.
6. Monitor team performance and provide guidance and corrective action.

Preferred qualifications

1. Diploma or bachelor’s degree in food technology, operations, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2–4 years of experience, preferably in food processing, FMCG, or manufacturing.
3. Hands-on experience in packaging, dispensing, or production line supervision.
4. Good understanding of food safety standards and hygiene practices.
5. Strong leadership and team management skills.
