Requirements

1. 2-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role.
2. Fluency in English and Sinhala; Tamil is an added advantage.
3. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
4. Ability to handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
5. Proficient in basic MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
6. Ability to address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
7. Part qualification or studies in Business, Sales & Marketing or a related field will be an added advantage.
