Printing & production floor operations supervisor

We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented production supervisor to oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of our printing production floor.

Key responsibilities

1. Supervise daily production floor operations and workflow
2. Ensure materials, samples, and job requirements are prepared in advance
3. Allocate work efficiently among machine operators and production staff
4. Coordinate printing schedules and ensure timely completion of jobs
5. Monitor quality control throughout the production process
6. Maintain production records and update job progress regularly
7. Coordinate dispatch and delivery timelines with relevant departments
8. Ensure workplace cleanliness, safety, and proper machine handling
9. Troubleshoot minor production issues and escalate when necessary
10. Support and motivate the production team to achieve daily targets

Requirements

1. Previous experience in printing, production, or manufacturing supervision preferred
2. Strong leadership and communication skills
3. Good organizational and time-management abilities
4. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
5. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel)
6. Attention to detail and commitment to quality
7. Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
