Senior Accountant

We are a leading exporter located in Kelaniya, looking for hardworking individuals to fill the undermentioned vacancy.

Job profile

1. Responsible for timely submission of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and supporting schedules in compliance with accounting standards and tax laws.
2. Liaise with and manage internal/external audits and tax consultants.
3. Liaise and work with Group Finance on intercompany and related party obligation.
4. Prepare management reports, analyze financial statements on a monthly basis and report on variances.
5. Prepare reports as per Group Finance requirements in a timely and orderly manner.
6. Submission of tax returns and settlement of statutory payments on time.

Qualifications

1. Passed finalist in ACA/CIMA/ACCA.
2. The applicant should have at least 5 years’ experience in Finance preferably in a similar capacity.
3. Proficiency in MS office package & accounting packages & ERP system.

Salary negotiable.
