The Wheel Works (Pvt) Ltd is a manufacturing company located in the Biyagama Export Processing Zone.

The company seeks the services of an experienced dynamic person to fill the below vacancy. The selected candidate should demonstrate the knowledge and ability to take on related responsibilities and perform in a manufacturing industry.

Requirements

1. Suitably qualified in mechanical/ mechatronic/ electrical engineering.
2. Minimum of 03 years working experience in manufacturing/ production environment preferably repair, maintenance of polymer processing/ production machinery.
3. Knowledge in formulating and implementing proper maintenance management systems.
4. Experience in designing and managing of modifications, upgrades, developments and new installations of the machines.
5. Ability to commission plant machinery to fulfil production requirements.
6. Hands on experience and knowledge of electrical/ mechanical aspect of machinery maintenance.
7. Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work challenging environment.
8. Experience to operate and maintenance of boilers, compressors, chillers, and other production/ utility auxiliaries.
9. Be able to work in a 24 hr manufacturing environment and interact with all working levels as may be required.
10. Good communication skills in English and Sinhala.
