Marketing Officer

Responsibilities

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities for construction products and services.
2. Promote paving solutions to contractors, developers, government institutions, and corporate clients.
3. Conduct site visits and customer meetings to generate sales leads.
4. Prepare quotations and follow up on customer inquiries.
5. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
6. Achieve monthly sales and marketing targets.
7. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
8. Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure successful project execution.

Requirements

1. Diploma or degree in marketing, business management, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in construction, paving, concrete, or building materials industries.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
5. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
6. Possession of a valid driving license will be an added advantage.
7. Willingness to travel island-wide.
