About the company

Under the corporate umbrella of SAS Sport, SAS Creative is a creative solutions provider for the New Zealand market. We are looking for a creative and motivated junior to mid-level creative, video & motion graphics specialist to join our Sri Lankan team.

The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in graphic design and video production, with the ability to create engaging visual content across digital and print platforms. This is an excellent opportunity to work on international projects, build your portfolio, and grow within a supportive creative team.

Job responsibilities

1. Create motion graphics, animations, and video content for digital marketing campaigns.
2. Design engaging visuals for social media, websites, email marketing, presentations, and print materials.
3. Edit and produce promotional videos, product videos, brand stories, and social media content.
4. Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns.
5. Create animated graphics, transitions, title sequences, and visual effects.
6. Maintain consistency across all creative outputs and brand guidelines.
7. Assist with photography, image retouching, and content preparation when required.
8. Stay up to date with design, video, animation, and social media trends.

Requirements

1. 1–4 years of experience in graphic design, motion graphics, video editing, or a related creative field.
2. Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
3. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
4. Strong understanding of layout, typography, branding, animation, and visual storytelling.
5. Experience creating content for social media, digital marketing, and online campaigns.
6. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
7. Good time management skills and attention to detail.
8. Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics work.
9. Experience with AI-powered creative tools is a plus.
10. Photography, videography, colour grading, or sound editing experience will be considered an advantage.
