Requirements

1. IT diploma or equivalent qualification
2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
3. Up to 2 years of experience in a similar role will be an added advantage
4. Good knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
6. Basic knowledge of networking and system administration
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
8. Good communication and teamwork abilities

Key responsibilities

1. Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
2. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and IT equipment
3. Assist in managing company networks, email accounts, and user access
4. Perform system updates, backups, and security checks
5. Maintain IT asset and inventory records
6. Support employees with day-to-day IT requirements
7. Prepare and maintain IT-related documentation and reports
