Management assistant (female)
Key responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to management and staff
- Prepare letters, reports, presentations, and other documents
- Maintain filing systems, records, and handle documents
- Coordinate internal communication and follow up on tasks and deadlines
- Assist in preparing reports, budgets, and data summaries
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in administration or office management preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Sinhala and English
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Office aid (female)
Key responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entries
- Handling of inward and outward mail, documents, and deliveries
- Assist with basic record keeping and document management
- Attending day-to-day office activities as assigned by the management
Requirements:
- GCE A/L or equivalent qualification (age between 18–30 years preferred)
- Basic computer literacy in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Email) will be an added advantage
- Previous office maintenance and file management experience is also an added advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
