Roles & responsibilities

  2. Communicate effectively with U.S.-based clients and ensure deliverables are met consistently.
  3. n
  4. Set internal targets and goals for team members and revise them as needed.
  5. n
  6. Manage team performance while ensuring operational targets and quality standards are achieved.
  7. n
  8. Train and guide new agents on relevant processes.
  9. n
  10. Implement, manage, and improve operational processes.
  11. n
  12. Maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and senior management.
  13. n
  14. Provide detailed quality assurance feedback and conduct performance appraisals.
  15. n
  16. Coordinate with team leads and assistant team leads to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications & experience

  1. n
  2. 4-6 years of experience in revenue cycle management or supervisory experience in a BPO/customer-centric organization.
  3. n
  4. Degree in business management.
  5. n
  6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. n
  8. Proven experience managing a team of 20-30 individuals.
  9. n
  10. Age below 35 years.
  11. n
  12. Open to work according to standard US hours and calendar.
