The job

1. Manage healthy portfolio by maintaining agreed NPL ratios & provisions.
2. Lead the team and oversee the operations & controls of the branch to achieve set business objectives.
3. Uplift the company image by providing outstanding customer services.

The person

1. Minimum 7 years of work experience in the banking and financial sector with at least 3 years of work experience in similar capacity.
2. Possess a degree in sales, marketing, banking & finance, and credit management. A professional qualification would be advantageous.
3. Excel in cross-selling, networking, and leadership, with strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
